Add the child's first name , photo , and favorite toy , choose a visual style , then preview before ordering.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, a personalized preview is available immediately online before you confirm your purchase.
What is the format of the books?
Each book comprises 28 illustrated pages , hardcover in A5 format, made in France with quality materials (glossy lamination).
What are the delivery times and costs?
We offer three delivery methods, all with tracking ( manufacturing + delivery ):
- Express tracked delivery : 4 to 6 business days
- Standard tracked delivery : 6 to 8 business days
- Tracked mail: 7 to 9 business days
Delivery charges start at €7.55 , and vary depending on the chosen method and your location.
What should I do if I encounter a problem with my order?
If a problem arises (e.g., printing problem or product defect), simply contact us: we always find a suitable solution.
👉 However, as each book is personalized , returns or exchanges are not possible, except in the case of an error or defect found.
How are my child's photos processed?
The photos you send are used solely to generate your personalized book using our AI technology. They are secure , never resold , and automatically deleted after your order is produced.
Will the books be available in animated form?
Yes, an animated version of the stories (with movement and voice) is in preparation and will be available soon.
