Which photos should I use?
Use a recent, clear, well-lit photo with their face visible. Two or three extra photos can help capture their features. They are optional. Always check the likeness in your preview.

Can I include family or a favourite toy?
Tell Genaya about the characters you would like in an original story. Personalisation options for collection stories depend on the title.
