Delivery of your personalised book

For new book purchases delivered to mainland France, tracked delivery is estimated within 6–8 business days after your final approval. This includes printing and transport and excludes weekends and public holidays. Timing for other destinations is provided at checkout or by our team.

The destinations, delivery methods and charges available for your basket are shown at checkout. Economy is the delivery method currently offered for the United Kingdom and United States. Your order summary shows the currency, applicable discounts and charges before payment.

After ordering, we prepare the complete book for your review. Printing starts only after your explicit approval. Request corrections through your review page. Review and corrections are part of preparation; they do not remove your delivery rights.

Timing depends on preparation, printing and transport to your address. Christmas arrival is not guaranteed. If a particular date is essential, contact contact@genayastories.com before ordering.

Any delivery period agreed for your order and applicable legal delivery obligations remain in force. If there is a delay, we will tell you and provide the options required by the law applicable to your order, including cancellation and refund where you are entitled to them. We do not impose an automatic extra 30-day wait after an estimated date. A revised date does not count as your acceptance where your explicit consent is required.

We send a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Dispatch does not mean delivery. Risk remains with us until physical delivery to you or the person you have designated, subject to applicable rules.

Check your address before payment. If the parcel is damaged, incomplete or missing, contact us promptly with your order reference. Photos can help us investigate. Reporting a problem after 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights.
